Texans have the opportunity to vote on 14 proposed Constitutional Amendments In the Nov. 7, 2023, election. The Comal County Conservation Alliance and League of Women Voters Comal Area are co-hosting a Town Hall to discuss two amendments proposing $1 Billion for the development of new water source across Texas and $1 Billion in the creation of new State Parks. The meeting will feature guest speakers Colin McDonald, Senior Policy Analyst with the Texas Water Foundation, and Kevin Good, President of Texans for State Parks.
